We will send the product after the product is ready and based on the incoterm from the buyer. Here are several options for our shipping methods :
- Airfreight Door-to-Door: For tea gift boxes or samples, we will ship directly to your address from our warehouse in Bandung, Indonesia. We will update the tracking number for your around 2-3 business days after clear payment. The estimated delivery time to Singapore is 4-6 business days.
- FOB: We will inform the buyer 3-5 business days after the product is ready at our nearest seaport.
- CNF / CFR: We will inform the buyer and update you with the additional documents that the buyer asks for. Such as BL, COO, Invoice, Packing list, and other documents based on destination countries.
- CIF: We will inform the buyer and update you with the additional documents that the buyer asks for. Such as BL, COO, Invoice, Packing list, and other documents based on destination countries including the insurance.
